Rachel Iverson founded the firm with the mission of providing personal and professional service with attorney involvement and access during every step of the process. Ms. Iverson has practiced in the field of real estate and finance for 22 years and is a former partner with Morris, Manning & Martin, LLP, an AV rated law firm.  She focuses her practice on residential closings, small business lending (SBA), real estate lending and restaurant and franchise finance.  Ms. Iverson has a AV* peer rating with Martindale Hubbell and has been named as a "Super Lawyer" in Atlanta magazine for 2008, 2009 and 2010.  She was also named as a Super Lawyer in the 2009 corporate counsel edition of Super Lawyers national magazine .  She has served as the Chair of the Real Property Law Section of the  State Bar of Georgia and held numerous positions in the legal community including President of the Lawyers Club of Atlanta, President of the Younger Laywers Division of the State Bar of Georgia and as a Member of the Disciplinary and Review Panels of the State Bar of Georgia.
